With the constant shuffle between work and life demands, our mental wellness takes a major hit more than we’d like to acknowledge, so much that sometimes peace feels like a unicorn in a far away land – something we’ll never see or experience.
Like most breadwinners, I know what it’s like to feel isolated and unsure of how to find your footing. Imagine life as a psychologist, trainer, educator, author, AND single mom, juggling all this and more? Mayhem. I just remember being constantly frustrated, overwhelmed, and mentally exhausted from it all. And I had to take that into work with me, every. single. day.
Now, through education and experience (a lot of it!), I’ve learned how to tap into my own zone of balance – and I can help you do the same. With more than a decade of mental health and leadership experience, it’s safe to say I know a thing or two about personal development.
